The traditional chess festival in the Kneipp spa town on the Wertach with 9 rounds over 9 days gives all chess enthusiasts the opportunity to focus entirely on the game of chess or to combine their stay with excursions in the area or a spa treatment. Those who want to take a full day off can this time take a bye with half a point within rounds 1 to 6 - a short note to the tournament management at least the day before is sufficient.
